PA Casino Exclusion List

Who is on the PA Casino Exclusion List?
There are a number of reasons why a person may be placed on the PA Casino Exclusion List. These reasons include:
- Gambling addiction: Individuals who have been diagnosed with a gambling addiction may be placed on the list in order to protect them from themselves.
- Financial crimes: Individuals who have been convicted of financial crimes, such as theft or fraud, may be placed on the list in order to prevent them from using casino gambling as a way to fund their criminal activities.
- Other criminal offenses: Individuals who have been convicted of any other criminal offense may be placed on the list in order to protect the public from their activities.
How do I get on the PA Casino Exclusion List?
If you believe that you should be placed on the PA Casino Exclusion List, you can submit a request to the PGCB. You will need to provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your Social Security number
- Your address
- The reason why you believe you should be placed on the list
The PGCB will review your request and make a decision on whether or not to place you on the list. If you are placed on the list, you will be notified in writing.
How do I get off the PA Casino Exclusion List?
There are two ways to get off the PA Casino Exclusion List.

- You can apply for early removal from the list.
