Who is on the PA Casino Exclusion List?

  • Gambling addiction: Individuals who have been diagnosed with a gambling addiction may be placed on the list in order to protect them from themselves.
  • Financial crimes: Individuals who have been convicted of financial crimes, such as theft or fraud, may be placed on the list in order to prevent them from using casino gambling as a way to fund their criminal activities.
  • Other criminal offenses: Individuals who have been convicted of any other criminal offense may be placed on the list in order to protect the public from their activities.

How do I get off the PA Casino Exclusion List?

There are two ways to get off the PA Casino Exclusion List.

  • You can wait for the period of time specified in your order to expire. The length of time that you must remain on the list will vary depending on the reason why you were placed on the list.
