George Thorogood and the Destroyers are a blues rock band from Wilmington, Delaware, formed in 1976. The band’s current lineup consists of Thorogood (lead vocals, guitar), Jeff Simon (keyboards), Jim Suhler (guitar), Bill Blough (bass), and Chuck Campbell (drums).
The band has released 21 studio albums, four live albums, and four compilation albums. Their most successful album is 1980’s “Bad to the Bone”, which reached number 11 on the Billboard 200 chart. The band has also had several Top 40 singles, including “I Drink Alone” (1985), “You Talk Too Much” (1986), and “I Got My Mojo Working” (1991).
