The easiest way to get to Del Lago Casino is by car. The casino is located off of Interstate 90, Exit 41. From Rochester, take I-90 East for approximately 30 miles. From Syracuse, take I-90 West for approximately 45 miles. From Buffalo, take I-90 East for approximately 60 miles.

Once you arrive at the casino, there is plenty of free parking available.
