1. Only Murders in the Building – Disney+ Hotstar

One new TV show that has certainly caught my eye is this mysterious comedy about an apartment in New York. Starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez as a trio of true crime buffs, these strangers are united by their love of crime. An incident in the building leads them to work together and discover the truth behind it. But as the plot thickens, there’s more to each character, and some intricate storytelling makes the show a compelling watch and will keep you hooked.

2. Manmarziyan – Sea5

Tune Manmarziyan on Zee5 with Abhishek Bachchan, Tapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in a love triangle. Only this time, director Anurag Kashyap tries to incorporate subtle nuances into the story and as a result we get a good feel-good story about love and forgiveness. Manmarziyan also has some really good songs that you’re sure to have in your head long after seeing the movie.

3. Guardians – Disney+ Hotstar

An adaptation of the critically acclaimed comic book series, HBO’s guards covered topics such as racial injustice and systemic violence, which ultimately caused masked vigilantes to take over society. Each episode in this miniseries is packed with information that you just can’t take your eyes off it. guards is intense, bright and every bit of distraction is guaranteed to make your Sunday better.

4. Chaos Running – Lionsgate Play

I was pleasantly surprised by this decently done post-apocalyptic story about a country where there are no women and the men in society are not just a frustrated couple, but their thoughts are put on display unless you learn to control them. While the plot of the film may seem a bit obscure, the film is worth checking out and starring Tom Holland, Daisy Ridley and Mads Mikkelsen.

5. Dil Bechara – Disney + Hotstar

Dil Bechara which was released exclusively on OTT platforms after the tragic death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput is a Hindi remake of Fault in our stars. A story about two free-spirited souls who won’t let Cancer drain their energy. Sushant Singh Rajput’s swan song performance is one to remember and it is sure to bring some warmth to you as you reminisce about the legacy of this talented actor. The film also stars Sanjana Sanghi and Swastika Mukherjee.
