After the runaway success of Criminal Justice last year, Hotstar Specials is all set to entertain the public with the next chapter titled Criminal Justice: Behind Closed DoorsPankaj Tripathi reprises the role of lawyer Madhav Mishra, who, together with Nikhat Hussain, fights the toughest case of his career, played again by Anupriya Goenka.
The duo defends the first accused Anu Chandra, played by Kirti Kulhari, who confessed to stabbing her husband, a prominent lawyer – Bikram Chandra, and guilty in the eyes of the law. While many think it is an open and closed case, Anu’s ensuing silence and reluctance to defend himself begs the question: Is there more to it than it seems?
