Valentine’s Day Apple Watch Activity Challenge reward is not showing for some users

Only today, Apple rewards users who complete the Heart Month Valentine’s Day Apple Watch Activity Challenge by adding 60 minutes of activity to their training ring with a special reward in the Fitness appHowever, the virtual reward doesn’t seem to show to some users despite completing the challenge.

On Twitter and online forums, Apple Watch users report that after recording more than 60 minutes of activity on February 14, the Fitness app on the iPhone still shows the Apple Watch Activity Challenge as incomplete, causing some frustration and confusion .

It doesn’t really seem like there is any way to enforce the Valentine’s Day reward where users reach out to Apple Support on Twitter for advice and don’t want to miss today’s special challenge.

With a link to an online support document, Apple refers users who are experiencing the issue where their award is not displayed to Apple.com, which states “You will earn the award within 9 days of completing the Activity Challenge” and advises users iPhone and Apple Watch on the same Wi-Fi network so they can sync properly.

It seems that the missing rewards are not a widespread problem, with posts also showing screenshots of the special iMessage stickers and shiny Fitness rewards online.
