New Delhi:- Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu released the TNEA 2021 ranking today, September 14. The ranking is available at tneaonline.org. Students can check the TNEA 2021 ranking by using an email ID and password.
TNEA ranking 2021 is made based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam. For the preparation of the TNEA 2021 ranking, the marks obtained by the candidates in the subjects of the qualifying exam are converted to the base of 200 points (Mathematics – 100 points and Chemistry and Physics – 100 points).
For career stream candidates, scores are converted to the base of 200 points. , the marks obtained by the candidates in the related subjects (100 points) and professional subjects including theory and practice (100 points).

Step 2: Then click on the TNEA Ranking 2021 link on the webpage.
Step-3: Enter the registered email address and password without any errors and click the ‘Login’ button.

TNEA 2021 ranking – Tie-breaking rule
The candidates can check below the tie-breaking rule that will be used for the preparation of TNEA inter-se merit 2021.

In the event of a tie, a candidate with a higher percentage in Mathematics will be assigned a higher TNEA rank.

If the tie still continues, a candidate with a higher percentage of scores in physics will be assigned a higher rank.

If the tie still holds, a candidate with a higher percentage of points in the 4th elective will be ranked higher.

If the tie still continues, the older candidate will rank higher.

If the tie still persists, the tie is broken based on the random number. The ones with a higher random number get a higher rank.
