TikTok wants to help small businesses in the US to make the most of their platform for their promotions through a so-called ‘Little Biz Block Party‘, a nationwide series of virtual workshops of 20 events that brings entrepreneurs and TikTok experts together to share knowledge, tips and insights.
As explained by TikTok:
“Businesses of all sizes are using the magic of the TikTok community to reach new audiences and grow their business – whether it’s a startup or an iconic local brand. Our goal is to empower every business owner in To give America the same opportunities as the biggest brands and to help them achieve their dreams.”
TikTok has 20 Small Biz Block Party events planned in the US, which will run from August 5 to November 18.
Each of the events lasts an hour and all small business owners and their teams are invited to participate – although you do need to register through the Small Biz Block Party Site.
TikTok staff and marketing experts participate in every session, as well as “hometown TikTok heroes’ who will share their insights on how to best use the platform.
It could be a good opportunity to gain more insight into how best to approach TikTok marketing, and with the app becoming more and more powerful, it has certainly become a consideration for any digital marketing strategy.
The first Block Party session kicks off on August 5 with an event co-hosted by Main Street America.
