Storyline:
Manoj Bajpayee plays a wedding detective in the film, who spies on a boy or girl before marriage. The film has received a positive response from most of the critics.
Set in 1995, Madhu Mangal Rane (Manoj Bajpayee) is playing a wedding detective, who does a background check of grooms. In 90’s it was a norm as there were no mobile phones or social media and people had to deal with everything physically. This gives rise to comical situations and a rivalry between Suraj Singh Dhillon and Mangal.
After a long gap of about eight months due to the coronavirus pandemic, Suraj Par mangal Bhari into theaters on Sunday (15 November). It is the first new Bollywood film to be released on 15 nov after the central government was allowed to open theaters.
Now it is set to release on Zee5 on 13-Jan-21.
Review:
Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is genuinely a Clean, Fun, and Entertaining Romantic-Family-Comedy.
The Story is absolutely Fresh backed by some amazing star cast. Diljit Dosanjh and Manoj Bajpayee both own & shine throughout the film.
The supporting characters are also quirky, well casted, and fleshed out. The 1st half is a laugh riot, all the jokes and humor are infused properly & the dialogues are very well written.
The 2nd half takes a generic dramatic turn with a couple of unnecessary subplots eventually stretches the runtime. The Direction is decent.
On the flip side, The music is forgettable, the editing should have been sharper. The movie should have been at least 20 minutes shorter in runtime, but nevertheless, the film is a good time pass, ideal & paisa vasool family entertainer.
The best part was a movie which can be- watched with the whole family which is a rare case now! Really appreciate the makers, director, and the whole team for making such an amazing movie! Really enjoyed it! Everyone must watch!
