SS Rajamoulis most anticipated movie, RRR, starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan, is expected to break Baahubali’s record, which continues to be the biggest blockbusters of Indian cinema. Set in the 1900s, the period drama has received offers from exhibitors across India to receive the theatrical rights. A trading source close to development told Pinkvilla: “The RRR team has received offers from independent distributors from various territories of southern states, amounting to Rs 348 crore. It will be the biggest deal in the history of Telugu cinema, beating the pre-release business of Bahubali 2 which had collected around Rs 215 crore from the Southern speaking states. ” Also read – Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli go Jumanji Way with their Untitled Forest Adventure Movie

The rights are generally estimated to be around Rs 100 crore, but if the deal is made, the release of the film will exceed Rs 500 crore from the worldwide theatrical rights alone, which also increases the volume of the Rajamouli direction.
