“Slime Dairies” is one of Japan’s famous anime TV series and has become extremely popular not only in Japan but all over the world. It is not the first time that a Japanese series has received a lot of appreciation from viewers and fans worldwide. Originally, the series is the spin-off of the famous anime series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, which is based on a Japanese light novel. The makers then decided earlier to release the series in early 2021, but later due to the Wuhan virus pandemic, the release was further delayed until April 2021. Then the makers released the first episode on April 6, 2021.
The series is directed by Yuji Ikuhara and written by Kotatsumikan. The characters’ design is done by Atsushi Irie and Risa Takai, while the music is taught by RON and produced under the Eight Bit Studio and under license from Crunchyroll and Muse Communications. You can also watch the series on the popular Japanese network Tokyo MX, TV Archie and Animax. So far, the creators have released six episodes of the series. The previous episodes got a great response from the viewer and now the viewers are looking forward to the next episode.
Slime Diaries: Episode 7 Spoilers & Release
Episode 7 is titled ‘Here Comes the Demon Lord’. The “Slime Diaries Episode 7” is set to release on May 18, 2021, ie on Tuesdays at 11:00 PM (JST) / 10:00 AM (EST). In the upcoming episode, we’ll see Shizue Izawa make her way to the Jura Tempest as the Bon Festival approaches. The Jurassic Temple is located in the Jurassic Forest, which is why Izawa goes to the house where Rimuru lived. While on the road, Izawa realizes someone was following her, but later discovers it was Rimuru aka Slime-san.
Izawa thinks Rimuru is strange. First, he wore women’s clothes and then he sounded like women too. Later the next morning, Rimuru changes into its Slime form and welcomes all the monster to celebrate the Bon Festival. Many of them were unaware of the Bon festival and so Rimuru explained the importance of this festival. He told them it is a way to pay respect and honor to our ancestors.
One of the rugged monsters asked him why they were celebrating the festival with him back then, to which Rimuru replied that although they are of different races, having lived in the Jurassic city for decades, they are now family. Everyone was impressed when listening to his explanation. Rimuru added that by doing this we are creating history and peace and this thing will also be passed on to our future generations.
Then he goes back to his house and on the way he sees another house, which was a bit small. That little house reminded him that he was once human and lived in a small house, and then everything changed, but deep down he knew that although he has turned into a slime, his act and his way of thinking is still always like a human.
