Charmed is a fantasy drama series about three young witches who must protect themselves and perhaps the world from evil dark forces. Macy Vaughn (Madeleine Mantock), Mel Vera (Melonie Diaz), and Maggie Vera (Sarah Jeffery) are the show’s central characters. The series is based on the 1998 WB series of the same title. However, this series is a reboot of the old one. The new ‘Charmed’ has made many changes in terms of plot, characters and powers. The aim is to bring ‘Charmed’ (2018) more into contact with the public today.
The first season of the series begins with the death of Mel and Maggie’s mother under unusual circumstances. This is followed by their sister Macy’s entry, who they didn’t know existed. In the aftermath of more bizarre events, they realize they are the ‘charmed ones’, or in other words, a trio of the most powerful witches in the world. That said, they need to acquire and hone their skills under Harry’s guidance. Plus, overcome any malicious obstacle thrown in their way. So far, the series has received mixed reviews. Interestingly, though, while it doesn’t have any notable ratings, the fan base has ensured that the show is currently on its second season.

‘Charmed’ Season 2 Episode 16 Recap
The sisters are finally regaining their powers. They now know the spell to chant in order for them to use their powers. However, this leads them to kill the last demon in his family and come to the painful realization that this will make matters worse. Godric is not happy with the charming and asks Abigael to kill them. Abigael refuses to do that. However, this does not stop Godric. He sends his followers to do his bidding. Parker, now with the sisters, helps save Maggie and Macy. However, Mel and Abigael are taken to Godric, who plans to sacrifice them to transcend his powers.
Meanwhile, Jordan has a premonition of something about to happen to the Charmed and him. Abigael strikes a deal with a fellow demon and is eventually rescued by Maggie and Macy, along with Parker. Although Parker has lost his powers, Maggie is still anxious to get back to him. The faction and their motives are slowly beginning to see the day of light. Abigael’s intentions are not entirely clear on this point. Macy and Julian continue to have problems. Now it’s up to episode 17 to sort things out.
