We heard about it earlier last year Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma come together for the movie Jogira Sara Ra Ra! The film is being directed by Kushan Nandy, who previously worked with Nawaz in the 2017 action thriller ‘Babumoshai BandookbaazThe news now is that the film will finally hit the floors starting February 25.
The movie is being recorded Barabanki town, a small, scenic and beautiful location near Lucknow. This is followed by the city of Lucknow, Rahimabad and Benaras.
Director Kushan Nandy says:
Jogira Sara Ra Ra! is a quirky romantic comedy about an unlikely couple and a host of unusual characters. We’ll start our schedule from start to finish with all, from the end of this month, and continue through mid-April. It’s exciting to work with Nawaz again and create something diametrically opposed to what we did last time. This is a very special movie for Nawaz and me and the wait because of the COVID-19 lockdown seemed endless. I am so happy that we finally get on sets and start shooting. I’m also looking forward to working with Neha and discovering her inherent wackiness and fun atmosphere.
Jogira Sara Ra Ra! is also set to star Sanjay Mishra and Mimoh Chakraborty in crucial roles. The film was produced by Naeem A. Siddiqui Touchwood Multimedia Creations and written by Ghalib Asad Bhopali
