NASA and scientists have found another Earth and aliens

Every year, NASA finds hundreds of other planets. Usually these “exoplanets” don’t hold much significance, but scientists yesterday found one that could change that. The European Southern Observatory found an Earth-sized planet orbiting our nearest star. This one is different from the rest, meaning a possibility of aliens is anything but a reality.

NASA AND EUROPE WORK TOGETHER TO FIND ALIENS; EARTH IS NOT ALONE

NASA tends to take all the credit for important space findings, but it’s the European Southern Observatory that’s making headlines right now. According to scientists, Proxima Centauri is a red dwarf star. This red dwarf is smaller and colder than our sun. Yet it is warm enough to sustain life on other planets. Life on this new exoplanet will be very different from that on Earth. If there are aliens, they won’t see the beautiful blue sky that we see. Dark red instead.

ALIENS POSSIBLE BUT NASA WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT EARTH

While this new discovery is exciting for NASA and scientists, don’t expect aliens to show up at this time. Scientists want to know more about the Earth. No extraterrestrial life yet. Of course it would be nice to find extraterrestrial life. It is the result that everyone ideally wants. However, that is still far in the future. We still have so much to learn about our own planet. Scientists believe that by investigating similar ones, we can unravel the mysteries here. Once we figure that out, finding intelligent life is the next step.

WILL ALIENS FIND NASA AND EARTH FIRST?

While scientists are busy cleaning up here, alien life is out there. They won’t wait for us to catch up technologically. They will find us before we find them. Some think it has already happened. The only way we’ll find them first is if humans are the most advanced species in our immediate environment. Life on other planets could indicate microorganisms. On the other hand, we can be the ones being observed. As always, the answer is up for debate.
