Written and directed by debutant Vinod Ananthoju, the film features Varsha Bollamma as the lead actress. The Anand starrer was set to release in early 2020 but was later delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown. With the release of Amazon Prime Video, the film has received huge acclaim from audiences and critics alike.
Supported by Venigalla Anand Prasad under Bhavya Creations, the film has been shot in Kollapur and Kolakaluru. If we are to believe the reports, lead actor Anand learned to cook and the Guntur dialect for the highly anticipated film, which recently also became the talk of the town. Written by Janardhan Pasumarthi, the film features an ensemble cast including Chaitanya Garikipati, Divya Sripada, Goparaju Ramana, Surabhi Prabhavati, Prem Sagar and Prabhavati Varma.
