Lenovo launches new Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant to showcase your Google Photos collection

Lenovo has partnered with Google to launch a new smart clock with Google Assistant that can now showcase your Google photo collection.

Before this launch, Lenovo Smart Clock’s small screen did not provide the basic function of acting as a digital photo frame for your photo library.

This was quite disappointing for users as Google Nest Hub’s smart display and Amazon’s various Echo bedside tables had those features.

However, an update was released to fix the issue. If you own one of the Lenovo Smart Clocks, the automatic update should now be in effect.

You can now set the smart clock to show your Google Photos when it’s inactive. If there are no Google Photos, you can choose to see Google’s Recommended Photos instead.

According to Google, all Lenovo Smart Clock owners can now enable continuous talk mode, which allows them to talk back and forth with the Google Assistant in a more natural way without having to constantly repeat “Hey Google.”

Lenovo Smart Clock is indeed fantastic right now as a smart alarm clock with Google Assistant that can play music, show you photo memories, and call up a camera feed if you want to check what’s happening somewhere in your house or outside.
