About Joan Jett
Joan Jett was born Joan Marie Larkin in Joan Jett was born Joan Marie Larkin in 1958 in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. She began playing guitar at the age of 10 and formed her first band, the Runaways, in 1975. The Runaways released their debut album in 1976 and disbanded in 1979.
