Now the bank is about to foreclose on its assets, but instead of getting a job, Frances decides to move to Paris to live in a house owned by her boyfriend. Once they arrive in Paris with a black cat named Small Frank, mother and son start making friends in the city, despite their decidedly strange behavior.
