Here’s the full list of new releases on Netflix for November 9, 2021

We’ve been away for the past week, but we’re back today to sort through all the new movies and TV shows that have landed on Netflix in the United States. We’ve got five new releases to go through, so let’s take a look at what’s new and trending on Netflix for November 9, 2021.

Seized (2020)

If you want a brand new action thriller to watch, then Seized, distributed by Lionsgate Home Entertainment in the US, has just landed on Netflix.

The film follows a former special agent named Nero who takes on multiple crime syndicates in hopes of returning his son.

Seized is on a 5.2 on IMDb as of the time of publication.

Yes, Halloween is now over, but what that traditionally means is that horror movie licenses are renewing, and today Netflix landed two excellent horrors. The one we think you should get him a watch is the 11 year old movie Let me in is directed by Matt Reeves.

Rated 88% on RottenTomatoes (a rarity for the genre on the site), this film sees “a 12-year-old befriend a new neighbor, who helps him stand up to bullies. She also brings a dark, unearthly secret in his world.”

Netflix continues its quest for reality programming, taking on the American phenomenon that is the Swap Shop radio show. Although my only knowledge of the format of Richard and Sal . is make jokes about these kind of shows for Howard Stern, they prove to be a good place to find all kinds of treasures.

Top 10 Movies and Shows on Netflix for November 9

As we covered in a separate post today, mysterious removed the worldwide best TV spot from Squid Game. While it performs incredibly well around the world, the show has only managed to take the number 8 position on the charts in the US.

Big mouth remains at the top of the US TV charts, while the Christmas romcom Love Hard remains at No. 1 on the film list.
