Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas opened in 1995 as the Hard Rock Hotel. The casino was originally owned by Circus Circus Enterprises. In 2007, Hard Rock International purchased the casino and rebranded it as Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.
