While many of Prince Harry’s performances are not universally appreciated by the public, The Bachelorette told alum Hannah Brown how she was touched by the Duke of Sussex’s last meeting with Oprah Winfrey.
Taking to her Instagram story, she spoke about the Duke of Sussex’s docu series The me you can’t see and was full of compliments.
She said it helped her to be ‘seen and heard’ about her struggles with depression and anxiety.
“Prince Harry and Oprah lead the conversation so well, and the people they interview just make you feel like you’re being seen and heard when you’re struggling with any kind of depression, anxiety, or mental illness,” she said.
“It’s just really powerful. Honestly, I felt a little emotional because I could feel all the feelings about it because I understood so much. But I thought it would be great for anyone who sometimes struggles to express what it is. They explain it great.
So if you have a family, a friend or a loved one who just doesn’t get it, this would be a great resource for them to find out, and for you to check it out for yourself, so as not to feel so alone. ”
