First Look At Jonathan Majors As Kang Revealed

Merchandise given to the stunt team of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania reveals the first look at Jonathan Majors as Kang.

In one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s biggest bombshells, it was revealed that the man behind the Time Variant Authority in Loki was none other than a variant of Kang. Dubbed He Who Remains, the variant played by Jonathan Majors kept time and space together. However, Loki’s variant Sylvie killed the last leader of the TVA, opening up the multiverse.

Now Jonathan Majors will return as the Kang variant in the near future Ant-Man and the Wasp continuation. It’s unknown how Kang is collaborating on the sequel, but it’s clear that Marvel Studios is building the cosmic villain the same way Thanos did. With the multiverse now at the forefront of the MCU thanks to movies like Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessThere’s no telling how of all the heroes Ant-Man will be the one to stop Kang.

Major’s look as He Who Remains was simple, but things definitely get more comical for the ant man continuation. Merchandise given to the stunt team on the film reveals the official logo of the film, as well as an image of Ant-Man’s destroyed helmet. On the other side of the helmet, the shadow of Jonathan Majors’ Kang looms as the mask remains destroyed. While the image quality isn’t perfect, Kang can be seen in his traditional purple attire, suggesting an accurate, canonical look.
