Coolie No. 1: Review
The story is about a poor boy looking for love. He is very innocent and goes beyond his means to find love. There is a moral to the story as well – that you shouldn’t be greedy for money like Sara’s dad, played by Pareshji, who wants to get his daughters married into wealthy families.
After being insulted by a rich businessman named Rosario, Pandit Jai Kishen teaches him a lesson by getting his daughter married to Raju – a Coolie posing as a millionaire.
Soon Raju’s real identity is exposed but he cooks up a story of having a filthy rich twin. One lie leads to another and things start to go out of hand.
The message that the movie gives out is an important one, and something you wish you had the power to change. The movie ends on a bittersweet note, reminding us that no matter how much it rains, the sun will always shine.
Songs of the movie are very popular: The music of the film is composed by Tanishk Bagchi, Lijo George – DJ Chetas, Javed – Mohsin, and Salim–Sulaiman while the lyrics are written by Sameer Anjaan, Rashmi Virag, Shabbir Ahmed, Danish Sabri, Ikka, and Farhad Samji.

Watch Or Not??
- It Is a Must Watch Movie.
With some really incredible actors in the cast, all the segments have amazing performances
For a very long time, we have not had an out-and-out comedy that is meant for family viewing. Especially so for OTT platforms, as most of what they stream is dark and gritty.
So, the aim of the movie is to end the year by making viewers laugh and spread some Christmas cheer. The whole family, including young and old, can watch the film together.
