Brendan Theaters was originally known as the Palms Theater. The theater opened in 2001 as part of the Palms Casino Resort. The theater was named after Brendan Sullivan, the former president of MGM Mirage, which owned the Palms Casino Resort at the time.
In 2016, the Palms Casino Resort was sold to Station Casinos. The theater was renamed Brendan Theaters in 2017.
