The pandemic, like all other sectors, has left Bollywood down, but as restrictions are slowly lifted across India, a large number of releases can be expected to grace theaters in 2021. While there have been previous talks of producer Sajid Nadiadwala on a grand ensemble for his 5th part and rope in actors from all his previous installments following the success of the fourth installment of the Housefull franchise, the team now seems to have the wheels moving. set with his most ambitious comedy project, ‘Housefull 5’, the fifth installment in the comedy film series featuring an all-star cast of former film actors, including Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone.

The makers are reportedly planning to shoot the film in Imax format. In recent history, two films have been made on such a large scale, including ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Padmavaat’.
