Bhuj The Pride Of India is a Bollywood drama, helmed by Abhishek Dudhaiya. The movie stars Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Rana Daggubati, Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra, and Ammy Virk in the lead roles.
Ajay Devgan’s Role
Ajay Devgn will be seen essaying the role of Vijay Karnik, who was in charge of Bhuj airport during the 1971 Indo-Pak war. The movie will be produced by Ginny Khanuja, Vajir Singh, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Abhishek Dudhaiya.
Set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, it is about the life of IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, the then in-charge of the Bhuj airport who, with his team, reconstructed the IAF airbase with the help of 300 women from the local village Madhapar.

Bhuj Release Date
It was initially set to release on 14 August 2020, But the Outbreak of Coronavirus has ruined everything and delayed its release.
Until Now, No final date has been revealed by the makers of the film.
Initially, it was expected that Alia Bhatt Starrer Sadak 2, Akshay Kumar starter Laxmi Bomb and Ajay Devgan’s Bhuj may release on the same date.
But as of now, Only Sadak 2 release date has been finalized by Hotstar and it is going to premiere on 28 August 2020.
Bhuj Expected Release
On June 29, 2020, Ajay Devgn announced that the film will release on Disney+ Hotstar exclusively in late 2020 as a result of theatre closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India.
Bhuj Filming Locations
Dutt started shooting for the film on 25 June 2019 in Hyderabad. Then, he and the other cast members including Devgan traveled to Bhopal, Indore, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Kolkata to commence the next portions of the film.
