Developed from a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki, ‘Beastars’ tells the story of a world populated by urbanized, anthropomorphic animals. In episode 6, although Louis is holding him at gunpoint, his father doesn’t sign the papers. The older deer tells his son he knows Louis cannot pull the trigger. He also tells Louis to come back when he’s ready. Later Louis meets Cosmo in a bar. They both talk about their respective experiences in the black market.
Meanwhile, Legoshi continues to train under Gohin and gradually gains control of his senses. During each session, Gohim puts tremendous pressure on the wolf’s mind by locking him in a room with a herbivorous carcass. Later, Gohin discovers that Legoshi buries carcasses every time he finishes them and realizes that the young wolf has a real chance of achieving his goals.
At school, Haru comes to talk to Legoshi. She is still turned on by him because of their latest meeting. During their conversation one thing leads to another and Legoshi asks Haru to marry him. He is quick to add that they don’t have to do it right away. Annoyed, Haru tells Legoshi that he has a habit of rushing things. Later, Legoshi discovers that his jaw strength has diminished significantly after Bill easily defeats him in a tug of war. In Episode 7, Legoshi may find out why he is losing his power. Louis could keep working to make the Shishigumi a force for good.
