India successfully piloted a new missile in the Agni series on Monday, known as the Agni-P. The test was conducted off the coast of Odisha, officials informed.
“The new nuclear-capable Agni P is made entirely of composite material and it was a textbook launch,” government sources told India Today.

“Several telemetry and radar stations along the east coast tracked and monitored the missile. The missile followed its textbook trajectory and met all mission targets with a high degree of accuracy,” the DRDO said in a statement.
