- 2 tablespoons acai berry vinegar
Melt butter in a hot pan and add the brown sugar; wait for it to be resolved. Now add brandy, grapefruit juice and vinegar and let it boil. Then add a cup of the berries and chicken stock; keep stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 25 minutes.
Now preheat the oven to 79.4 degrees C and cook the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper now that both sides of the chicken breasts look brown; add the sauce and remaining berries to the chicken. Now cook the chicken by covering it for two hours. Now take it out and serve. Now you can garnish it with the remaining berries.
