Shooter (2019) is a Punjabi movie starring Gurdas Maan, Ranjit Bawa, and Neeru Bajwa. It is directed by Mandeep Singh. The movie was released on 11 January 2019. Shooter revolves around the story of a young man named Rajveer (Gurdas Maan) who is forced to become a gangster after his family is killed by a rival gang. He soon becomes one of the most feared criminals in Punjab. However, he soon realizes that the life of a gangster is not what he wants. He tries to leave the criminal world behind, but he is forced to return when his family is threatened again. Shooter is a well-made action movie with good performances from the cast. The movie’s story is engaging and the action sequences are thrilling. However, the movie does have some flaws. The pacing is slow at times and the movie’s message about the futility of violence is heavy-handed. Overall, Shooter is a good action movie with some flaws. It is worth watching for the performances from the cast and the thrilling action sequences.
