NEW DELHI: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) said that today, December 20, nearly 80,000 unique candidates will appear for various exams in 21 testing centers. The 2024 JKSSB will be held until January 12. Applicants can download their 2024 JKSSB Admission Card at jkssb.nic.in.

However, the candidates appearing for the JKSSB 2024 recruitment exam are also cautioned not to indulge in unfair means such as imitation, wearing prohibited items such as cell phones, electronic equipment or gadgets or other material with the intent of getting help.

JKSSB warned candidates that if they are found to attempt or use unfair means during the exam, “They will be treated strictly, according to the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 2013 including the exclusion of such candidates from participation in future exams.”

On November 11, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha announced that the government has decided to provide a one-time age easing for aspirants preparing for the 2024 recruitment of JK Sub-Inspectors and increased the number of UT Cadre JK. posts 2024 from 800 to 1200.
