Matt Rife is a comedian, actor, and writer who has been featured on shows such as “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” “Conan,” and “Comedy Central Presents.” He is also the host of the podcast “Matt Rife’s Happy Hour.”
Rife was born in New Jersey and raised in Las Vegas. He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he studied theater. After college, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in comedy.
Rife’s comedy is often self-deprecating and observational. He talks about his experiences growing up in Las Vegas, his relationships with his family and friends, and his struggles with anxiety and depression.
Rife has released two comedy albums, “Matt Rife” (2015) and “Happy Hour” (2018). He has also written for the TV shows “The Mindy Project” and “The Carmichael Show.”
