The film was a commercial success, grossing over ?130 crore worldwide. Plot Ajay Singh (Akshay Kumar) is a thief who is known for his daring robberies. He is also a fan of the legendary thief, Jaggu Dada (Sanjay Dutt). One day, Ajay is caught red-handed by the police while robbing a bank. The police officer, Inspector Amrita Singh (Tamannah Bhatia), tries to arrest him, but Ajay manages to escape. Ajay later meets Amrita again when he tries to rob her house. Amrita is impressed by Ajay’s skills and offers him a job as a police officer. Ajay initially refuses, but he eventually agrees after Amrita threatens to arrest him. Ajay starts working as a police officer and soon becomes a hero. He is also promoted to the rank of Inspector.
